Le Creuset Woodlands at Woodlands Mall in Pretoria required a modern retail lighting solution that would enhance the premium aesthetic of their cookware while keeping the vibrant, signature product colors as the main focal point of the store.
One of the key challenges was the limitation of low ceilings in the retail space, which restricted lighting options. The design had to remain minimalist and discreet, ensuring that the lighting supported rather than overshadowed the displays, while also providing consistent illumination across product zones to highlight the finishes and textures.
To achieve this, we supplied and installed Orapa L Track Spotlights as the sole lighting source for the store. Each spotlight featured a 35W, 3500K LED with a 60° beam angle. The flexible track system was surface-mounted or suspended slightly, depending on ceiling height, delivering uniform, glare-free illumination that allowed the cookware’s true colors and details to shine.
The result was a sleek and modern store environment that enhanced Le Creuset’s premium brand identity. The displays were brought to life with vibrant, accurate lighting, achieving a refined look while maintaining a strong product-first focus.
